Fintable now undergoes continuous security monitoring as part of Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program

As of September 2, 2026, Fintable is part of Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program. Under this program, Fintable gains full access to powerful AI models for cybersecurity research and cyber defense. Fintable's development also undergoes mandatory ongoing monitoring by Anthropic's team. Our customers can now be assured that our technology is being developed to the highest security standards while also being monitored by a third-party team at Anthropic.

What this means for our customers

Fintable has always adhered to bank-grade industry standards for security and data privacy. But now customers can be assured that this adherence is being continuously tested and checked. We primarily use Claude for developing Fintable, and under this program, we are now given expanded access to Claude Fable 5.1 (and soon Mythos) to regularly audit our codebase. We now also have continously running AI security agents monitoring and defending again potential cyber attacks in realtime. Furthermore, our development logs, code, and our use of AI for security research are now being monitored by Anthropic's team.

Note this does NOT mean that your private financial data is being shared with third parties without your consent. Our privacy policy remains the same: we do not share your private data with third parties that you don't explicitly authorize (such as Airtable or Google Sheets, if you connected them). Similarly, we still do not send your financial data to Claude or Anthropic unless you explicitly connect Claude yourself. This program is about security and technical research, not about AI training or data sharing. Our software code is shared with Anthropic, but your private financial data is not shared, except in the rare limited case when some financial data may inadvertently end up in technical logs required for investigating specific technical issues.

What the Cyber Verification Program is

The Cyber Verification Program is Anthropic's vetting program to allow AI for sensitive security research. Among the prerequisites to apply for this program are:

  1. Identity verification
  2. Evidence of need for security research (as a bank data company, we need this)
  3. Evidence of prior security experience (our development team has previously done security research at Google)
  4. Data retention for monitoring

Approval for the program is tied to a specific organization with a vetted history and scoped to the use cases it described — it is a reviewed clearance that is continuously monitored for compliance.

Fintable's founder and lead engineer Isa Hasenko applied earlier this year to have his identity verified and to be reviewed against those requirements, and was approved on September 2, 2026.
