Northern Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution based in Watertown, New York, legally named Northern Federal Credit Union. Its US website offers personal and business banking and consumer Visa credit cards. This Plaid connector is specifically the credit-card integration associated with Northern's MyCardInfo service, with balance and transaction data in its provider record; it should not be treated as a connector for checking, savings or general business banking. Northern's separate general-banking Plaid connector uses OAuth, while this card connector is recorded as non-OAuth. The credit union discontinued the direct MyCardInfo link on October 15, 2025 and now directs members to Card Controls within online or mobile banking. Compatibility of this connector with that newer access route, and coverage of individual card products, have not been established. Northern Credit Union in Canada is a separate, similarly named institution and is not covered by this US credit-card connector.
