Märkische Bank eG is a German cooperative bank based in Hagen, with origins dating to 1897. Its current name followed the 2001 merger of Volksbank Hagen and Volksbank Menden. It serves personal and business customers in Germany and belongs to the cooperative Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken financial network. This Fintable API connector uses FinTS V3.0 PIN/TAN for account-data access, including balances and transactions on accounts enabled for that method. The bank describes FinTS as available for personal and business online banking and financial software, but the exact products retrievable through this connector, including savings, cards and securities accounts, have not been established. It is not an EBICS connection or a connection to all Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken or to DZ BANK's own accounts. GoCardless and Tink offer separate connectors for the same bank; their account coverage should not be assumed identical to this FinTS integration.
