First United Bank is a community bank serving West Texas, chartered in 1907 in Dimmitt as The First State Bank of Dimmitt and still operating under its own name from banking centers across the Texas Panhandle and South Plains, including Lubbock, Amarillo and Wichita Falls. Its site, firstunited.bank, offers personal and business checking, savings, lending, treasury management and Spirit Mortgage, and this Plaid connector reaches that bank in the United States for account balances and transactions. The connector is not limited to one segment: the bank uses a single digital-banking sign-in for personal and business customers, while card, prepaid, HSA and IRA servicing sit on separate portals. It is a different institution from First United Bank and Trust Company of Durant, Oklahoma, from First United Bank & Trust of Oakland, Maryland, and from the First United banks in Kentucky and North Dakota, each of which has its own site and its own connectors.
